Pub

It was great to sing again at St John the Baptist Church, Fleet Street, Coventry. The church is beautiful and has a lovely acoustic so we didn’t want to stop singing, and when they closed for the day we went to the pub and carried on singing there – until the landlord asked us to stop! Shame as we had just got chatting to a guy whose dad was from the Rhondda Fach, but maybe we’re not quite as good as we thought we were!

Côr Cymraeg Coventry are singing a few songs at St John the Baptist Church, Coventry tomorrow during a day of quiet reflection. At 1pm there will be a service at the church including a full roll call of all parishioners who were killed in action in World War 1. We expect to sing sometime after 2.
